  • paradisebayGolden Bay is a beautiful broad gold sand beach, which offers a wide variety of activities: sitting in the sun on sun beds or under umbrellas, drink coffee at the shops around the shoreline, experience different water sports or swim in the warm water sea.
  • Ghajn Tuffieha is a narrow red sand sea, backed up by an incredible view. It is located next to the large Golden Bay, but it is usually a much quieter place to sit in the sun and admire the sea. This is due to the large distance from the road or the car park. It is equipped with sun beds and umbrellas.

  • St. George’s Bay is a fancy almost artificial beach, which receives each year a layer of importer sand. It is located near Malta’s capital city, Valetta, this making it a very crowded place in the summer months.
  • Paradise Bay is the best location to look from Malta at the islands of Comino and Gozo. It is located in the northern side of the island, it has fine grained sand and it close to the ferry terminal, in case you decide to take a trip to the sister islands of Malta, instead of just watching them.
  • Ghar Lapsi is a rocky beach on the southern side of the island. The rock climbing lovers have the opportunity to explore the concrete shore, as the water is not really recommended for more than a cooling dip in calm weather, as swimming when it is windy and with waves makes it a rather dangerous place.
  • Blue Lagoon is located between the Comino and Cominotto islands. Its white sand and clear blue waters and caves make it an excellent place for swimming, snorkeling, diving or just sitting in the sun.
